Relax with the whole family and friends at one of the top 10 cleanest lakes in Indiana Dewart Lake. Things to enjoy are 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, 1 paddleboard an oversize hot tub and 2 fire pits. Our lake has outstanding fishing either from a boat or from our oversized pier. Things to do nearby are golf, blueberry picking, affordable restaurants. We have a pontoon that can be rented by the day or the week. The home has a full house generator. Please no Bachelorette /Bachelor PARTIES. The master bedroom has an oversized king mattress with a twin bed and a trundle bed that can easily sleep 5. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed along with a twin bed. We also have a comfortable pull out bed if needed. There is an outdoor TV that can be enjoyed from the covered deck with a fan or you can rotate it to watch from the hot tub of fire pit. The wood burning fire pit has a propane gas starter that makes it very easy to light. There is also a propane fireplace with lava rocks on the deck very enjoyable after the kids go to bed. The end of the pier is oversized with seating and a ladder so that’s the place everyone likes to hang out at. There is a very large splash pad the kids love to play on that makes it easy on the parents to watch them we also have numerous floats and life jackets for all shapes and sizes including infants. You can catch lots of fish off the pier or out on the lake. We have 2 different outdoor grills you can cook on a charcoal Weber a regular gas one. We have some fantastic neighbors who are very quiet. We live locally so if anything pops up it can be addressed immediately. There is a 4 car driveway on a quite dead-end road you will hear no road noise nothing but peace and quiet if you have more than five cars you can park a few cars at our other house a few blocks away. We have a purple Martin bird house for the eight weeks there with us they put on quite a show having coffee in the morning from the deck if you're into that. We could provide a pack and play if needed as well as a stroller. We also have a booster seat. If you're looking for a party house this is not for you we really want you to have a great time and be respectful to our neighbors please keep the outside volume noise down after 11pm eastern time. Thank you. Plenty of parking if you bring a boat we’re two blocks from the public boar army which is outstanding condition. We will only be a few blocks away we are more than happy to stop by and show you how everything works. If you rent the boat we will come give you the key and show you how to operate it and show you where to go and not to go on the lake. Any visit will be convenient for you at the time you request. We can fit 4 cars in our driveway if you need additional parking, you can park over by our other property nearby. We have a 22 ft Bennington pontoon boat you can rent by the day (400.00) or the week (1500.00) it will come with a full tank of gas it has a retractable ladder with stereo. It can fit 10 on it you can anchor up to the sand bar that is overlooked by one our bald eagle's nest they have babies ever year.
