The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious living areas and an expansive verandah that overlooks the sea. There are water views from most of the rooms and the decor is in a relaxed "beachy" style with touches of French provincial. The space Tennis courts and a children’s playground are across the street; sheltered beach, rock-pool, cafe, general store and restaurant are a 3 minute bare-footed stroll along the spectacular grassy waters edge.
