This unit is bigger than the normal 1BR of Fame Residences. Unit is cleaned and sanitised to make sure that you feel safe during your stay. More information: KITCHEN Furnished with: water filter (so that you won't need to buy water every time) refrigerator, electric kettle, rice cooker, microwave oven, oven toaster, cooking wares, induction stove, cooking pan, plates, utensils, and glasses. WI-FI/PHONE Equipped with high-speed Internet Wi-Fi (35Mbps) and landline telephone. Guests can call Globe and Tm mobile Nationwide and Any Landline within Metro Manila (Free of Charge). LIVING ROOM The unit has an L-shaped sofa that can be converted into a bed (refer to photo). The 50-inch smart TV is NetFlix (you need to have an account) and Youtube ready. DINING ROOM The unit has a 4 seater dining table. We have provided a bench for additional seating and storage (the iron is stored inside the bench). BATHROOM Bathroom is provided with fresh towels and toilet paper. Equipped with shower with hot water and bidet. BEDROOM The bedroom has one double sized bed with 9 inches mattress to provide you with ultimate comfort. Fresh linens are installed for every guest to ensure good hygiene and safety. NOTE: The Admin requires each guest to pay Php 150 for pool access on normal days and Php 300 on holidays. Also, they only allow 2 guests to use the pool based on their policy. Guest access Open parking (paid) is available at Mayflower parking which is outside the building. Need to present a valid picture ID at the lobby upon arrival.
