The neighbors in the area are good, kind, friendly people, many of whom are our long term tenants. Our long term tenants have commented many times how they have enjoyed meeting and talking with our short term tenants, so all in all this mix has been a great experience for all. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place close to the middle of town but not in the busy downtown area, this is the spot.
