The property is a quick 30 minute drive from 3 ski resorts in the beautiful Ogden Canyon. Cottage is less than one mile from Smith's grocery store and Level Nine Sports outfitters for the adventurers. Cottage has WIFI and a smart TV for a relaxing night in. The space Canyon creek cottage is a 700 square-foot pole barn shop converted into a short term rental. The unit is unattached but next to the host home. Guest will have access to the river and nearly 1 acre of backyard. Guest access Guest will have access to a long private driveway that can fit at least 3 vehicles. There is a green locked gate with a green and white sign that says Guests Welcome. Open the gate for access and close behind vehicle. Keypad entry makes entering and exiting the building smooth and simple. Other things to note Airbnb driveway is located directly after a large yellow MERGE road sign on the south side of the road heading east toward Ogden Canyon on 12th Street. The home is about 200 yards off Canyon Rd.
