All 4 bedrooms are located on the courtyard side. Located 50 m from Parc de la Tête d'Or, many transport services nearby (Massena metro station 5 min walk, Part Dieu station 20 min walk). Numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Historic center is a 15-minute walk away. No parties allowed. The space This is our primary residence that we make available very occasionally when we go on vacation. Please take care of it. 4 bedrooms located on the courtyard side. 1 double bed, 1 90*190 pull-out bed convertible into a double bed, 1 single 90*190 bed with pull-out bed, 1 90x190 bed. We live there with our 3 children but for a vacation stay you will be fine with 7 too (maximum of 6 adults). 1 bathroom with shower adjoining the master bedroom and 1 shower room on the children's bedroom side. Air-conditioned apartment in living room and kitchen. Wi-Fi. Kitchen equipped for a family (dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, Nespresso...) The rooms with single beds are children's rooms with games, books and toys: please make sure your children put everything back in place after enjoying it. We leave our belongings in our closets, but if you need us to make some room for you, let us know before your arrival so that we can organize this. You won't have access to our office which will be locked but the children's rooms are all equipped with a desk and WiFi is available throughout the apartment. You will feel right at home; this also means that our belongings are visible and that the apartment is not sanitized as are often those for rent; it is lived in! Let us know if you'd like a baby crib for babies up to 2 years old. Before your departure, please undo all your bed sheets and group them in the laundry room; please close all the shutters. Sheets and towels are provided free of charge for 3 nights or more. Guest access Access to all rooms except the office where we leave our belongings. Self check-in possible if we have already left upon check-in. Other things to note I'm not interested in hosting guests with pets. This is our primary residence: we can free up some cupboards at your request if you wish. We provide linens and towels free of charge for stays of 3 nights or more. Our children leave their toys available as long as they are put away... Before you leave, please remove all your bed sheets and put them in the laundry room.
