Wonderful top floor near everything! This private and charming apartment is just west of a large wooded park, the zoo, and a large lake with bike and walking trails and boat rental. Just to the North are several blocks of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very walkable, but metro is a block away and heads directly to the core of downtown and the Pike Place Market, with easy connections to the stadiums and the waterfront. Done with the city? Sit out under the 100 year old apple tree in the garden. The space This house was built in the early 1900's, as were most of the other houses in the neighborhood. It has many large trees, lots of bird song and is relatively quiet for being in the city. Guest access We have 2 patios, one with views of the mountains and one in the garden. Both have a table and chairs. Additional cushions for chairs are on the back porch. Other things to note Because this apartment is on the top floor it looks out over other houses and is very private, but if stairs are a problem this won't be the place for you! Please note: The kitchen has comfortable seating for 4, a fridge with freezing compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and coffee, water kettle and lots of teas but THERE IS NO STOVETOP OR OVEN.
