The space ⭐️🔋No power outages in the house as for today (electricity is 24/7 available). Other things to note 🛋️ Please let us know if you are planning to use the sofa as a bed, so we can set it up for you and provide you with the extra bed linen. 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited (please check our House rules). No IQOS, no cigarettes, no e-cigarettes etc. 🚗 No assigned parking space. Free or payed street parking. Secured parking nearby (300 m walk from the house) mostly possible for an additional fee - depending on dates / lenght of your stay. Please make an inquiry. ℹ️ We would like to inform our guests that the surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways of the house outside of the apartment. There are security cameras of the building management monitoring backyard of the house; parking area; house entrance area and elevators area. There is a camera monitoring the apartment entrance (front) door. No cameras or recording devices inside the apartment. We have a camera outside of the apartment, monitoring our front door and the hallway of our apartment building. We have 24/7 access to this camera. 🪪 Due to security rules of the building, we ask all our guests and their visitors to provide a picture of their ID, with full name and DOB, in advance of entering the apartment. 📦 Due to security rules of the building, couriers cannot enter the building and go up with an elevator. Our guests have to go downstairs to meet couriers. RATES: Please note that prices vary depending on dates and number of guests.
