Simple studio as great basecamp for exploring Tucson. Great location: walking distance to downtown, 2 blocks to streetcar, easy access to I-10. Super close to Mercado San Agustin + MSA Annex food and shopping. Park with playground and The Loop bike/pedestrian path across the street. Clean and comfortable space. The space Queen bed, kitchenette with mini fridge and hot plate, bathroom with walk-in shower, and walk-in closet to stow your stuff. French press for coffee. Hummingbirds right outside the window and a cozy outdoor area for lounging. Plus, we're solar powered! Guest access Guests have access to the casita and shared yard with patio. Please note our driveway is not paved. Other things to note Please note we do have chickens in the yard but they stay in their coop.
