Private Retro Pad-Mod Vibe-15 Min to DT & Airport

Our private space is a timeless retro retreat with a Mid-Century Modern vibe near South Mountain’s stunning views. Just 15 minutes from downtown and the airport, this pad features a private entrance in a quiet, mellow neighborhood. This comfortable room has a bathroom w/ shower and a walk-in closet. It features a queen bed, desk, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, smart TV with apps and more. Free Wi-Fi. We are pet-friendly, with a dog park across the street. Weekly laundering of fresh linens. The space You will have your own private room, with private entrance and private bathroom. The room is attached to the house, not in the house. The room has it's own bathroom with shower and a walk-in closet. In addition, we have a desk and office chair for those needing to work on the computer or write. You can do some basic cooking and heating up in the microwave and toaster oven. We also provide a fridge with small freezer, a toaster, coffee pot and electric kettle. Basic cleaning supplies are provided as well. Guest access You will have access to the entire private guest house. Other things to note Literally a handful of blocks away from beautiful South Mountain Park. Drive up to the top of the lookout or hike your way up the mountain for a lovely view. There's a variety of grocery stores, restaurants and the like all within a 5-10 minute drive. There is a bus stop about 2 blocks from the guest house. My home/casita is located about 15-20 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. For longer-term guests, I will wash linens once a week. If you have pets, there is a dog park less than a block away and there's plenty of places and park spaces around to walk your dog. I REQUIRE that guests who have pets keep them crated while in the casita itself if the pet will be unaccompanied and don't allow pets on the bed during the stay. Any damage caused by pets may be subject to additional fees for cleaning and repair.
