It is set in a rural location with far reaching views across the nearby valleys and river. Located just outside of the village of Martinstown it is less than three miles from Dorchester and close to Weymouth, Bridport and the stunning Jurrasic coast. The property is ideally situated for people working/ visiting Poundbury or the nearby county hospital . There is a good selection of books , walking maps and books of local interest, board games, DVDs and free wifi access. There is a downstairs toilet and hand basin. Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with toilet, handbasin and a luxury free standing bath. Please note there is not a shower at the property. The bedroom area has a king size bed, wardrobe and dresser. Please note that some of the bedroom area has restricted high due to the elevation of the roof. Outside there is a small private cottage garden with chairs and table. The property has its own designated parking area.
