Your laundry room is private and located in the basement with steps beside the front porch. Other things to note This property is immaculate. I cater to patients and their families attending City of Hope hospital for cancer treatment. My policy of NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS, includes support animals. It is a health-related exemption. I maintain an environment that supports the immunocompromised or persons with allergies. I also use Melaleuca chemical- free cleaners, and products.
