On the day of arrival, we will send the codes to the entrance – please read the entire message and follow the instructions. Codes include special characters – please don't skip them. 2. Only the individuals listed on the reservation are allowed to stay in the apartment. 4. Please provide an estimated time of arrival and departure – this will help us organize the housekeeping schedule. 5. Housekeeping and a change of bedding and towels during your stay are available for an additional fee. 6. The heating works in winter. 7.
