12/29/2025 Just received 20” fresh snowfall on top of a great base. Trails are in excellent condition. More snow and cold temps in the forecast. Cabin is situated on 18 acers w/plenty of space to park. The property is located outside city limits, connected to Snowmobile / ORV trail 454 Autumn Lane that connects to trail 9/45, close access to fuel, groceries and hardware stores. There is a park style charcoal grill and a large fire pit area in front of the house The space 3 Bed Rooms, 2 Full Bathrooms 2 SMART TV's - 4 Beds & 1 Sofa Bed Ideal for small or large groups and families. Large groups who are willing to camp there is plenty of flat high ground. Perfect for trail riders located near jct 45/9 trail 454 or those like to trailer out! 1Large Groups that bring campers $25/extra per night per camper. Please let me know in advance. This is a newly renovated home equipped with a newer furnace, WIFI internet and 2 Smart TV's, one is located in living room and the other in the Master Bedroom. Kitchen Area has an Electric Stove, Microwave, Toaster, pizza oven,Crock pot, Mr. Coffee and a Refrigerator (Kitchen is equipped w/ most items to cook and eat with) Large Dinning Room Table 1 Recliner & 2 reclining love seats and a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Space with plenty extra space to setup air mattress should you bring them for extra guests. (recommended after 6 guests) there is no sheets, blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa or extra air mattresses, you'll have to bring those with you. - Washer and Dryer Available also for use Guest access Guest will access the home via a keyless entry code that will be given by the home owner via text or email once confirmation of your reservation is received Other things to note Guests will be responsible to bring their own towels, shampoo and soaps Guests may be required to turn on/off circuit breakers, right inside the door for the well Guests will be required to clean out the refrigerator prior to leaving of items that they have purchased to consume Centrally located between 3 Great Lakes (Superior, Michigan & Huron) Tahquamenon Falls is 20 miles away - trail #45 takes you to the falls or take a drive North on M 123. Oswald's Bear Ranch is 10 miles away. Manistique Lakes are 15 minuets away. (Black Bears Hibernate for the winter months Nov -May) Tahquamenon River is less than a mile away.
