Vallarta-Flamingos welcomes you to Casa Chapman

Flamingos Beach is directly across the street, and we have 24 hour security in our community! We welcome you to our family beach house with generous, ventilated and well Illuminated spaces. It is a spacious, contemporary two-story beach house with four (4) bedrooms, three and a half (3.5) baths, an atrium, patio, garden, balconies, a home with optimum air circulation, and a carport built for two. There is a shared community pool. The house is in Flamingos between Nuevo Vallarta and Bucerias. The space Entry into the home is through a two story atrium with a floor to ceiling fully ventilated celosia. This leads into a great room where the kitchen, dining area and entertainment area are located. The great room is generous with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for optimum ventilation and light. The house offers Wifi, and a fully-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Three bedrooms have their own bathrooms and two (2) bedrooms share a bathroom. Each of the four (4) bedrooms have independent air-conditioning units, and the great room has two air conditioning units. Three (3) bedrooms have floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, and one (1) bedroom has extra large windows for maximum air circulation. The house is located within a 24 hour guarded residential complex. There is a private pool just for the guests of the housing complex. One of the entrances to Flamingos beach is across the street from the house through an electronic gate (please refer to the house rules regarding an electronic beach key). Guest access Rosario, the stay host, meets each guest to hand over the house key and the electronic beach key. Rosario will also give a tour of the house and explain how the electronic beach key works. Therefore, we must know a guest's arrival time ideally three (3) days beforehand, so that we can make arrangements. Rosario and the community's security guard may ask for a picture ID of a guest for verification. This house is not a party house and although we understand large groups can get a little bit noisy, we appreciate common courtesy in the evening hours by keeping noise down especially after 10 pm. Other things to note We will provide an electronic key for entrance to the beach across the street (please refer to the house rules regarding the beach key).
