Only one minute walking from the beach, the house has 5 bedrooms, four of them ensuite, all with air conditioned. Gourmet area in the front yard with WC, another area at the back with home office and living room with cable TV. The groub flor is ideal for elderly persons or wheelchair users. The space We have a wheelchair user in the family, so the house contemplate this aspect following some of the Brazilian official normative. The ground leveled has access ramps for the varanda, and one of the bedrooms (Numbered 1 in the pictures) was converter into an accessible ensuite.
