Mediterranean Town House - Vilassar de Mar (BCN)

Large, complete house of 180 m2 distributed over three floors, with a maximum capacity for 7 people (including babies). It is located in a quiet coastal village 35 minutes from Barcelona and easy access to the Costa Brava and Gerona. Ideal for families and people traveling for work (Fairs in Barcelona, Montmeló sporting events,…). The space The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and sound system. The dining room is connected to the fully-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, water filter, toaster, basic cooking utensils, washing machine). The complex has an exit to an outdoor patio. There are four bedrooms, one is a suite with a 150x190cm bed with a bathroom included, two with two double beds and another with a single bed, all 90x190. A second full bathroom is available. On the upper floor there is a large open area with a study table and a terrace facing the sea, very suitable for rest and also work. The entire house has Wi-Fi and central heating. Two air conditioners and fans are also available. Guest access The house is located on a quiet street in the old town, next to a square with a playground and various restaurants. Vilassar de Mar train station is a 10-minute walk from the house. The beach is quickly accessed from the house. It has free street parking as well as an underground parking lot 20 meters away open to the public 24 hours a day. Other things to note The Tourist Tax is €1/person per night (over 16 years old and maximum 7 days) and will be charged upon check-in. An ID or passport must be presented before check-in. Check-in time is from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We have 1 crib available for 1 baby under 2 years old at a cost of €5 per day.
