Welcome to Villa Mariede PR.- Come and relax in our quiet and elegant space, located in Río Grande, PR, near El Yunque National Park. Villa Mariede offers you a place to come to rest, after enjoying the wonderful places of PR. Our apartment is in a complex that has a swimming pool for adults and a swimming pool for children. IG: @VillaMariedePR FB: VillaMariedePR The space We offer a complete apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, located on the second floor. You only climb 14 steps. On the balcony you can relax in the hammock with views of the pool and the mountains of El Yunque National Park. We have a living room with a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The Master room has a King bed, air conditioning and private bathroom, the second room has a Queen bed with air conditioning and the third room has a twin and full size bunk bed and air conditioning. Capacity up to 6 people. The complex has an adult pool and a children's pool. (Every Mondays the pool is closed for weekly maintenance.) Guest access Only registered guests have access to the entire apartment and pool area. *Every Monday the pool is closed for maintenance.* Other things to note We given two keys and an entrance beeper to the complex. If you lose the keys or beeper, there will be a cost of $100 each key and $100 for the lost beeper or if it is received damaged. Hanging clothes on the balcony is not allowed, the penalty is $150 for each time the situation happens. (Condominium Rules.) You can only use the assigned parking lot, if you use another parking lot, the penalty is $100. (Condominium Rule.) Towels are provided and the quantity of them is sent on the day of Check in, if any towels are missing the cost of the towels is $35.
