The space This free-standing 2 bedroom 2 storey guesthouse is situated adjacent to the main residence of the property and is completely detached and separated by 6 foot fencing with its own private backyard and entrance into the property through the side gate of the main dwelling. UPSTAIRS Bedroom 1 has plenty of wardrobe space with full length mirrors. The bed is a very comfortable super king sealy which can also be unzipped and separated into 2 single beds. There is a TV on the wall with google TV and remote so you can log into all of your favourite apps. Bedroom 2 has plenty of cupboard space with a comfortable queen size bed. Large modern bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. DOWNSTAIRS Fully equipped and functional kitchen with Gas cooktop, servery window for outdoor entertaining and Miele dishwasher. Cupboard Laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer, Ironing board and Iron. Plenty of board games, books and outdoor play equipment so you and your family can fully utilise and enjoy the area within the complex.
