Welcome to our unique aqua villa, located in the Brabant village of De Heen. The pleasure of home in the ideal place to unwind from all the hustle and bustle. Relax and enjoy the beautiful, green and quiet environment! The region offers every opportunity to hike, cycle, rent a boat (or moor your own boat), swim, fish, golf... Or use it as a base for visiting Rotterdam, Antwerp, Zeeland. In short, there is something for everyone! There is a free common private parking space for car (and trailer). You can unload at the villa. A public 11kWh double charging station is available 100 meters away. (RFID and card). There is a petrol/diesel gas station available at 4km. There is no public transportation available. Other things to note - The aquavilla is located in a quiet area. You must respect this and avoid noise at all times, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. - The use of a BBQ grill and open fire is prohibited due to the thatched roof and is not permitted by the fire insurance company. - Car parking only in the communal parking lot. - Separation of waste is not necessary. All waste can be thrown into the large container at the entrance gate at the parking lot.
