Bedding/towels provided. Trailer has AC/Heat. Guest will have use of grounds, pool- children must be supervised at all times (Pool closes at 9 pm) Trailer has kitchen, bathroom, Queen Master bedroom, 2 other beds (sofa converts and also dinette). Wi-Fi available for no charge. Please no cooking curry in trailer, future guests maybe allergic. Please Note that we are in the middle of major yard cleanup from winter/spring storms, with heavy winds. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
