It's a quiet place, with all the amenities to make your stay perfect. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1st bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds with the possibility of adding a crib. Fiber Optic Wifi Equipped kitchen, smart TV, 1 bathroom, and a guest bathroom. Baby equipment. Charbroiler Deck Parking on the premises The space The accommodation has 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room and the integrated dining room. The kitchen has direct access to the deck with garden furniture, and a bathroom under the stairs. Upstairs are the two bedrooms, a large dressing room, and a bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed; the other bedroom has 2 twin beds with the possibility of adding a crib or bed. ALL RESERVATIONS, during the stay have a linen change service and cleaning on the day of change. We have a large garden and deck. Parking is free on the premises. Guest access The house is located near the area's shopping center, with supermarkets, a service station, a candy store, and stores with everything you need during your stay! Access to Route 40, 5 blocks from the extensive beaches of Lake Nahuel Huapi and if you like to fish we are really just a few blocks from the source of the Limay River, and for the little ones the beaches of the Ñirihuau River. Other things to note If there are 5 passengers, they must request an extra bed in advance as the house is prepared to receive 4 people and eventually 5 can stay upon request only. Concealing a passenger is penalized by paying double the fare.
