The house consists of two bedrooms with capacity for five people in total, large bathroom with ventilation and natural lighting, living room-kitchen-dining room, gallery-carport with grill, and wooded park (900 m2) with perimeter fence, swimming pool* 4x6x1 mts. (accessible by staircase). The space Services offered: Air conditioning Cold/Heat in bedroom and living/dining room, fans, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, Smart TV, Netflix, linen, bed linen, kitchenware, Fridge with freezer and internal and external perimeter alarm monitored 24 hours by alarm and security cameras. Destined for family stay only (not youth groups). Guest access Access to the main area of the house, park/garden, quincho and pool. There are no shared areas. Other things to note Kitchen and heater are packaged gas. The cost of the cost is included in the general fee (no additional fee will be charged). Electric heating through cold/heat air conditioning. Unheated pool, it is enabled in spring/summer season (November to April).
