Cozy home in the center of Maarssen

A cozy single-family home that is equipped with every comfort. Close to Utrecht, but also Amsterdam is nearby. Parking is free in the street. The Maarsseveense lakes are a 15-minute bike ride away, where you can take a lovely refreshing dip in the summer! It is important that you are a cat lover, because the care for our two cats Tiger and Micky is included in the house rent. The space Cozy 1930s house that is equipped with all amenities. The cozy living room has a fireplace. Behind the living room are the kitchen and the utility room. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms. 1 children's room and 1 study room with a 2 person sofa bed. In the attic is a bedroom with a queen size bed. On the 2nd floor, there is a large roof terrace where there is sun all day. The roof terrace also has a BBQ that can be used. Other things to note There are 2 cats present, namely Micky and Tiger. These must be cared for daily. This includes: Eating 3x a day (may also be less) Give fresh water once a day Scoop out/refill the litter box with gravel once a day
