Private bedroom in a very quiet neighborhood with a comfortable queen size pillow top bed, bathroom with shower cold and hot water, kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, patio and or smoking area, parking spot, etc. The space It’s a private room attached to the house but completely independent with parking just at front of the room and independent entrance During your stay I’m always available to help, we could keep in touch through text Other things to note The room is located in a central area, we’re close to Comercial Centers and Convenience Stores Walmart, Publix, Wawa, different restaurants; First Watch, Applebee’s, Chili’s, Cheddar’s, etc We are 25 minutes away from Tampa International Airport and Clearwater Beach and 10 or less minutes away from St Pete-Clearwater International Airport
