Manly Yacht & Manly Skiff Club (with huge outdoor deck), & ICMS College. Warringah Mall large shopping centre & Cinema, 10 mins by bus. Unique location. The space REAR of Federation/modern boutique apt block only 4, light airy, private & quiet. Private entry rear door U4 with garden, only 3 steps. No need noisy air-con with sea breezes & double brick construction. Cool in summer, warm in winter. Good portable fan, if required. Hallway is locked off to Front of Apartment. Depending on your dates, the Front locked off section might be vacant, or occupied some nights by me, if not away. Can clarify if you message me. Your room is also lockable for valuables. If wet, 3 cheap commercial laundries are 5 minutes walk. Private bedroom own entrance, at REAR of apartment, with elevated Queen bed, luggage under. Only Airbnb registered guests please. Full size KITCHEN cook before 9.30pm please (seated area with table for your own use). Doors have deadlocks and window bolts are in place. Security lights come on at end of driveway at night. Other things to note Front of apartment occupied by busy owner/writer, using only front entry access. Some dates I’m away during your stay. NO UNINVITED GUESTS to sleep over/visit, as AirBnb insurance does not cover them. Anyone needs to be identified separately and extra nightly rate paid. Quiet living people are preferred in this situation without loud music etc. Or good if working. The whole apartment has 3 beds, 3 bathrooms and 3 separate entrances which offers all maximum privacy.
