MAIN FLOOR: Upon entering guests are immediately taken back by the ornate iron staircase, 25ft ceiling, massive cathedral arches, and huge stone fireplace. The unique arches continue through the first dining room into the sitting room which contains a second fireplace and a custom waterfall. We are yet to see a more impressive entry/great room in Breckenridge. The kitchen is a true "cook's kitchen" with all Viking appliances including, dual ovens, dual dishwashers, and a tappenyaki grill. Just off the kitchen is the second (formal) dining room. The first laundry room connects the kitchen and garage. The main master bedroom continues with arched beams and a stone fireplace. Another fireplace sits above the spa tub in the master bath. This bath boasts a large steam shower as well as exceptional custom woodwork. The first guest room with bath also resides on the main floor. UPPER FLOOR; A symmetrical layout has 2 bedrooms to the south sharing an adjoining bath and a bedroom and media room with adjoining bath to the north. This floor is ideal for the kids. Every room on this floor has themed custom painting or woodwork, including a huge two-wall mural of the Ten Mile Range in the media room. The second laundry room is on the upper floor. LOWER FLOOR: The living room contains the 5th fireplace, a kitchenette, and media room with a 65” flat screen TV with a huge media library.
