This is an executive style home at non executive price! Well lit rooms with bed, furnished, private bathroom. Movie theaters, shopping complex (WalMart, Home Depot, Target), and restaurants are conveniently located within a mile radius from the home. The space My space is very neat and clean, and also very quiet, comfortable, and peaceful. This place is ideal for working professionals that are looking for a peaceful atmosphere, with a very high speed (300 MBPS) internet. All guests have access to the kitchen, their private bathrooms, and backyard. If there are any additional access necessary, please don't hesitate to ask. Due to liability issues, I don't offer any food items. The guests need to bring their own drinking water. During your stay My family and I live at this residence so we are available in person or through phone for immediate support. For the most part, we like to give our guests their space and understand privacy is very important. I'm available to all my guests and on call 24/7 via AirBnB messaging. Other things to note We absolutely do not allow smoking anywhere on the premises. I provide some light snacks to all my guests, and a Keurig. Kitchen utensils such as papercups, plastic forks/spoons/knives, and plastic/paper cups are provided as well. Our washer/Dryer/Laundry is available for use for a reasonable fee of $5/load in our laundry room. We provide limited cooking utensils in kitchen upon request, but we ask to please avoid cooking high smelling foods like fish, or other greasy food items that might otherwise irk other guests in the house. If you are going to be cooking such food items, this probably isn't the right place for you. The guests also need to bring their own drinking water. Also, please take the time to fully understand the check in/check out hours. The check in window time posted on here is between 5-7pm for a reason due to working around short term cleaning crew’s schedule, so please be respectful and mindful of that. That means on the day of your check in, I will give you a time between 5-7pm for checking in and if earlier check in is at all possible, I will let you know VIA AirBnB messaging as that’s what I use to communicate with all my guests, not via text messages or phone calls. I also ask ALL my guests if they’ve had a chance to read everything posted on my AirBnB to ensure there are no confusions of any sorts.
