Close to Grand Avenues shops & restaurants, downtown St. Paul, the St. Paul Cathedral, the Minnesota State Capitol, the Ordway, Xcel Center, Children’s Museum, Science Museum and the History Center. Gorgeous walkable neighborhood. The space Climb the servants’ staircase to the third floor, which originally included the maid’s quarters. The apartment is the entire third floor (1200 square feet), including 3 large bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 1 king bed & 1 twin, 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with twin bed & futon. Desks in every bedroom. TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. The full bath has a clawfoot tub and shower. The eat-in kitchen is well-appointed for your cooking needs. The home was designed by renowned architect Clarence Johnston who also designed Glensheen (the Congdon Mansion in Duluth), many of the most beautiful buildings at the University of Minnesota and many of the mansions in the neighborhood. Guest access Guests have the entire third floor for their private use. They may also use the front porch, the back courtyard and the basement laundry. Guests use the side door with its own staircase to the third floor. There is street parking available and a private parking spot next to our garage. Other things to note With desks in every bedroom, a quiet house and Wi-Fi, this is a great location for working remotely or studying.
