An impressive central location - 10 minute drive from Bournemouth beaches, or a 45 minute drive from the Jurassic coast. Local train station nearby . An ideal bolt hole that gives you the flexibility to explore the south coast. Close to JP Morgan, Bournemouth hospital, Vitality stadium if required for work. The Annexe is based off the main house with own private access. There is no access to garden or outside facilities. We ask the annexe is treated with respect at all times. The space The property has three separate areas. The main area is a lounge/kitchen (with a small table and chairs). The bedroom contains a wardrobe, drawers and bedside tables allowing for plenty of storage. The bathroom has an electric shower/toilet facilities and sink The kitchen has an oven, toaster, microwave and kettle No use outside/garden area - only for access. Ideal for two people but will consider a third person please ask 😊. There will be an extra cost to this. Guest access Plenty of Street Parking available Other things to note No smokers as there is no designated smoking area. The annexe should not be used as a workspace/office. If your intention is to book this and stay in the whole time during your stay, during the summer this is not recommended
