Charming villa with pool near Florence and Fiesole

Villa Lualdi is an elegant panoramic villa with pool on the hills of Fiesole, just a few minutes from Florence, characterized by comfort, privacy, and tranquility. Built in the 1950s by a renowned artist, it combines authentic Tuscan style, bright spaces, and an exclusive garden with a pictoresque view on the surrounding hills. The terrace and private garden, surrounded by trees, offer an exclusive experience and an excellent starting point for visiting Florence and the surrounding area. The space The villa is organized over two floors: on the ground floor, the double living room opens onto the fully equipped panoramic terrace for outdoor dining. The eat-in kitchen is complemented by a dining area with access to the terrace and barbecue area. On the same floor is the fifth bedroom, which can also be used as a study. The fourth ground-floor bathroom has a shower. A prestigious marble staircase leads to the upper floor, where four bedrooms are located, along with three bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The two double bedrooms are spacious and feature double panoramic windows, another large bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the single bedroom offers panoramic views of the city of Florence. Guest access Access to the Villa is from the road through a gate with three steps leading to the garden where there is a further step to access the main entrance door. Other things to note The Villa is ideal for hosting six or seven guests, but the ground floor bedroom can also be used for an eighth person.
