Welcome to our cosy beach apartment. She's an older apartment that has been lovingly renovated to suit our 3-person family. She is small, but with a location like this , you're very rarely inside. Just a short walk to the foreshore and the main street including restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The space The whole apartment is for your enjoyment. The outdoor space is communal. There are 3 beds, and maximum guests the unit can accommodate is 4. ***no wifi*** Guest access The apartment is on the first floor with access via 2 flights of stairs. There is a lock box on the front door to access the apartment, I will be in touch prior to check in to advise the code. There is parking for one car only per unit on site at the rear of the property, any other cars must park out front on the street. Please do not drive your car on the grass to the side of the units. Other things to note Apartment is on the first floor, access via 2 flights of stairs Smoking is not permitted within the unit. Wifi is NOT provided. Washing machine but no dryer. Pets are not permitted. NO parties NO Oven - only stove top and microwave
