Our private guest room is a warm & safe place with a cozy bed, a Smart TV to watch Netflix/etc..., a FREE Keurig coffee/cocoa machine, and adequate space to get comfortable. Along with the room, you get a well-stocked private bathroom just a few feet outside the room, a cute barn door for privacy, and a shared kitchen (for ice/water & microwaving.) We also have a hottub available at $50 for 1 hour. We warmly embrace all our guests & make them feel very at home. Join us! The space Our home is a friendly and warm place where we engage with our guests as little or as much as they wish. We love all our guests but respect how they wish to experience their stay. Guest access Parking is available. We will give specific instructions before your stay as to where you can park. During your stay We love our guests and want to make them feel as welcome as possible. For convenience, we will be instantly available for your entire stay via cell number/text message or just contacting us in the home. **When you book with us, PLEASE ARRIVE BETWEEN 3-7pm ON YOUR EXPECTED ARRIVAL DATE.
