It’s our home and we love to host! Our team has a background in professional property management, commercial cleaning, and hospitality. We do have a team who care for the property (garden and yard). If you stay for more than 3 nights, we may coordinate times to have them come over as to minimize interruptions during your stay. He does sometimes travel with us. -We have hardwood floors. If you would like to reposition anything, please contact us with your request If you’re staying for an extended time: Garbage and recycling schedule are listed in the kitchen -Green garbage can located outside goes out to curb each Tuesday night for a Wednesday morning pick up -Grey Recycling Can outside goes out every other Tuesday -White Bin inside the kitchen is for deposit bottles. Please rinse glass, cans and plastic bottles first *Extra bags are located under kitchen sink* *DO NOT put garbage inside green bin without a bag! Our property is near a creek and we have adventurous raccoons. Ants are also prevalent this time of year* We provide house rules, check-in, and check-out lists for your safety, security, and transparency.
