The layout is really great in that there is a separate bedroom/bunkhouse in the back for the kids or other travel companions for early bedtimes. A sofa in the big room converts to a bed. Additionally, the dining room table and bench seats convert to a bed. Private bedroom with king sized bed. Big, functional kitchen with propane burners, large sink, big fridge, and microwave. Tons of storage: compartments below, drawers in bedroom, bathroom, and dining room, cabinets everywhere! Outside is the pool, hot tub [available all year], and deck with hammock and firepit. This is a common area and is shared with other potential guests from our other AirBnB listing. The deck is great for hanging out and watching the planes come in with the Austin skyline as the backdrop. Lastly, a free Level 2 EV charging station is provided (40A/9600W) should you need it for your Leaf, Tesla, Volt, Bolt, etc., etc.. Well-behaved pets are welcome inside the RV and we also have a kennel, shade, and water source for your furry traveling companions. We've added an outdoor bamboo cabana that has a full-size refrigerator, gas oven/range, full-size washer/dryer, outdoor bathtub/shower, a double kitchen-sink, and and camping john (i.e. toilet) so you never have to wait if someone is using the one inside. We have two AirBnB listings. The common areas for our guests are the cabana, pool, hot tub, dog kennel, and dog run. Please let us know if you need to reserve the kennel space.
