2 story home a mile from the heart of downtown. Walking distance to everything Athens has to offer. 1 mile either direction to 2 of the best breweries in Georgia. 1/4 mile to Cotton Press. Cheap Uber fares & sidewalks make getting around a breeze. Located near several hidden gems and dives for food and refreshment. Expect privacy & comfort in our 3 bed/3 bath home. Sleeps 8 comfortably in beds, also has 3 couches. Street Parking. The space Beautiful newer home off Barber St with plenty of space and creature comforts. Books to read, games to play, grills, firepit, workout area, and hot tub! Close to downtown and Normaltown. There is one bedroom downstairs with a king size bed and one bathroom downstairs. There are two bedrooms upstairs each with their own bathroom. One room has a queen bed. The other room has 2 full beds set up as a loft. There are 2 additional couches downstairs that are excellent for sleeping. We have a workout area upstairs with a treadmill, a Peloton, a Bowflex Max Trainer and a weight bench. The Tv in the workout area as well as the one downstairs both have the Peloton app as well. The front yard is fenced in and there is a charcoal grill and a firepit . The back yard has a hot tub. Guest access There is street parking on our street as well as surrounding streets, but not a designated parking spot at our house.
