Number 99A at Black Point is an absolute beachfront executive double storey duplex property with 180 degree views of the Black Point shacks and bay. The lounge area has a television with DVD, and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The children will enjoy the large area upstairs complete with a table tennis table, used as a games room. Please note pets are not permitted. Number 99A and 99B can be booked separately or together; sleeping 16 guests when booked together. There are three bedrooms which sleep up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Quilts & pillows are supplied and guests will need to bring their linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels & tea-towels) with them for their stay. The shaded outdoor area has a large hooded barbecue and there is a fish cleaning sink at the rear. The large rear yard provides plenty of off-street parking for cars and boats.
