Welcome To The Porch

Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Enjoy your morning coffee outside on our glider while enjoying the view of tropics Elephant Ear Plants and Palm trees and listen for the morning mockingbird. Then head out and go smell the Gulf, catch a breeze and enjoy! The space The Golden Gate Estates is a large neighborhood of land. Each home is located in a tropical country setting. Some have leveled trees and we have not. We are keeping to its original setting. We have a small front porch, entry hallway and your room is the 1st. door on the left and our guest bathroom is across the hall. Make yourself comfortable in our spacious living room, enjoy a bite using our kitchen and dining area. We allow one wash and dry free per stay. Any extra is $10.00 for both one wash and dry. Guest access Front door and for some reason I’m not available, I’ll leave a key. We will be able to communicate once you are my guest. During your stay If I’m not home I’m a call or text message away, normally not to far away either. Other things to note Shower Hot Water takes about 5 minutes. Do not drink tap water!! Bring what you like to drink and coffee provided every am just let me know? Its been a long day work or sunbathing, shopping, eating. Lights out please around 11. No Smoking and lite drinking only. No partying otherwise you will be asked to leave.
