Many amenities provided. See descrip - NO TV. Near lakes, beaches, parks, trails, restaurants, shopping, etc. Only booked guests are permitted in rooms/house. 1 Parking in driveway. Near grocery store & gas stations. 1 mile to Rockport (Maine Media College), 3 miles to Snow Bowl 6 miles- Rockland. The space *Private and spacious Bedroom with a private bathroom in the same space. *In-house private entrance. It may be shared with other guests at times. * Door has a locked key *Many amenities (Small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, a comfortable recliner, small table, etc. NO TV. *Self-check-in with a door code *We are one mile from downtown (less than 2 min drive or 15-20 min walk). *Our home is a non-smoking home. No smoking permitted anywhere on the premises. *Lots of different birds and flowers around the garden. Including Hummingbirds, cardinals, and Yellow Finches to name a few. A real delight! Guest access *Rented bedroom(s) and bathroom. Private entrance. Patio & patio furniture. *Guests do not have access to our living quarters. During your stay *We are regular folks with a very busy life. We do provide a safe, comfortable and clean space/environment to our guests and will be available to solve any issue if any arise. However, we do work and do not have much time for active socialization but will try our best to check in with you through messages and please feel free to reach out to us at anyme. We do reply as prompt as possible. We like to give you (our guest) privacy so you can relax and enjoy your stay. We live on the 1st and lower floor (with our own entrance) and again, if you need anything at anytime, we are just a text or a knock, text or call away. Happy stay.
