Our luxury accommodation features a cosy open plan lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen, luxurious bathroom and a bedroom depicting elegance and tranquillity .French doors lead out to your private garden featuring an amazing brand new 6-seater hot tub for your sole use for that perfect switch off and relax The space We also have a 2nd luxury 1 bedroom detached cottage with hot tub The Snug . There is availability in both cottages during March and beyond in 2026 for your luxury Hot Tub stay. We look forward to you experiencing the quality accommodation of 'The Snug', comprising of a relaxing open plan living/dining area, luxury bathroom and elegant bedroom with French doors leading to your own private Mediterranean style garden featuring, brand new (October 2024) 6 seater amazing luxury covered hot tub, barbecue area, sun terrace, stylish bespoke pergoda full furnished for relaxing and alfresco dining. The lounge area is cosy with a feature fireplace, comfortable sofa, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen/dining area is complete with breakfast bar and stools, built in oven and microwave, 2-drawer air fryer, hob, extractor fan, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There is a washing line to dry clothes or we are happy to tumble dry clothes for a small charge. Our bathroom showcases a distinctive free-standing roll top bath, walk in rain shower, vanity unit and WC. Our elegant bedroom has a sumptuous king sized bed, quality bed linen, bed side cabinets, triple door wardrobe incorporating full length mirror, dressing table, vanity mirror and boudoir chair. The Snug is suitable for infants 1 year and under due to it not being adapted for toddlers. Facilities include iron and ironing board, TV, DVD player, Wi Fi, USB charging point, cutlery, crockery, utensils, hair dryer, hair straighteners, towels and bedding. Your private Mediterranean style garden area accessed via French doors from the bedroom provides you with exclusive use of this amazing bespoke private area, relax in your amazing brand new (October 2024) luxury 6 person hot tub under a solid wood gazebo besides a 200 year old olive tree, sun bathing terrace, barbecue and fire pit area, or enjoy alfresco dining or chilling on the luxury sofas in your bespoke pergoda. You have all the facilities to cook yourselves or eat out at various local village pubs or restaurants in Stamford Bridge or Pocklington, five minutes away or venture into York where a vast array of eateries are available. December 2026 we have installed a 7.5kw Type 2 Electric Vehicle charger in our private guest only car park ( charged per kw payable to host's) Guest access The whole cottage is exclusively available to you. We like to personally meet and greet our guests, however the door key is available from a key safe for late arrivals. Check in from 4pm .Check out by 11am. The accommodation is all on one level and disabled friendly. Parking is free on site via a private road leading to our illuminated guest car park with space for up to 4 vehicles.
