Sturdy, spacious room with a view of the lock

In the middle of the green heart in a provincial monument from the early 1800s, lies our Bed & Breakfast "H-eerlijk!". The coziness of the Tolhuissluis, which connects the Amstel to the Drecht and the Aar canal, in combination with the tranquility of the polder at the back, ensure an unforgettable experience. Three spacious, stylish rooms ensure that you are really away from it all for a while. You feel at home here, but also at home. That welcoming feeling is carried through in everything. The space The Sluiskamer, as the name implies, is located at the front of our building, overlooking the Tolhuissluis. This spacious room with the still original beamed ceiling is suitable for 1-2 people and has a private bathroom with toilet, spacious sink and a luxurious rain shower. The bathroom is accessible via a wide staircase and is closed by antique en-suite doors. From the front door, it is possible to enjoy the sunrise in the side garden in the side garden. Breakfast or a cup of coffee with a piece of cake... what more could a person want? Whether you want to relax with a book or play a game at the table, you don't have to leave your room. Grab a drink from the fridge in the waiting room or make a delicious cup of coffee after a day of cycling in our beautiful leafy surroundings. Then step out of the (rain) shower feeling refreshed and nestle into the crisp linen bedding of the box spring to dream away. Guest access The route to us. Because the most beautiful places are not always easy to find, we ask you to consult the directions and the navigation address on our website before departure. Our home address is not the same as our navigation address. And it would be a shame if you couldn't find it. Once you arrive, you can park for free in our parking lot next to the lock. [H]eerlijk! is then on the other side of the lock. Of course, you have packed everything you can't miss during your stay, so if you need a wheelbarrow, it is at your disposal. Check-in time. Check-in time is from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, check-out time is 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Would another time be better for you? Then we would be happy to discuss the possibilities. Are you much earlier or later than agreed? Let us know, and we will also provide a warm welcome. During your stay You are welcome to feed the animals or collect eggs from the chickens. But we also like to let you explore for yourself what our place has to offer and give useful tips where necessary to enjoy the surroundings optimally. Other things to note Extra enjoyment.
