Other things to note We offer as many extra amenities as we can to our guest for no extra charge but if for some unknown reason they are not available we do not provide a refund . Rooms are cleaned weekly and fresh linens provided . Our house cat is old so pet her at your own peril since she is an animal that has claws and teeth . The guest area of the house can be closed off to her as long as the white bi fold doors are kept closed . In order to keep our prices low we participate in Duke energy’s rush hour program .
