The space A 48 m² apartment, very well laid out, tastefully decorated for a comfortable stay. Super-equipped independent kitchen (coffee, tea, spices, oil, and Nespresso coffee machine). Comfortable balcony, bedroom with queen bed, spacious living room, fast Wi-Fi, and smart HD TV. Flexibility in check-in/out times depending on occupancy. Building with night security. Guest access In the event of power outages, the building does not have a generator and the stairs indicated must be used correctly as emergency exits. Other things to note The apartment is not a co-working space. If you plan to use it for work meetings, please let me know in advance. Also, if you need to use the iron or have any particular needs, please let me know in advance; it will always be a pleasure to help. For stays longer than 2 weeks, weekly housekeeping and linen changes will be necessary (additional cost not included). If there are 2 people and you need to use the bed and the sofa bed, there will be an additional cost for using the sofa bed. No overnight check-in/out. The space is not suitable for babies or toddlers.
