Apartment Via Genova - Suite Octavia

Located in the city center in the heart of trendy Rione Monti, you will immerse yourself in a contemporary art gallery that houses unique paintings connected to the city of Rome in a 19th century building. The apartment has been recently renovated and have been created three magnificent Suites with independent access and each consists of a bedroom, living room with sofa and private bathroom. A new fully equipped shared kitchen has been installed and is available to guests with tables. The space Inside the apartment there are three independent Suites. The Suites "Octavia", consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 1 child, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the Suites and will also have a shared kitchen with the other two Suites. During your stay I will always be available by phone for any eventuality. My mother Catherine lives a few steps from the apartment and will be available to guests. Other things to note The apartment is rented for short tourist purposes in accordance with Article 4 of the DL 50/2017. Upon arrival, guests will be asked to sign a simple rental contract and to show their identity documents to allow the owner to fulfill the Public Safety communication.
