You will have everything you need on your doorstep including cafes and bakeries, yummy restaurants, bars and local pubs nestled in the surrounding back streets. It’s a 5 minute walk to multiple tram stops and a 10 minute ride into the city to access all the art, music, theatre, sport and cuisine Melbourne has to offer. It’s also a short stroll to the beautiful greenery of the Edinburgh gardens and Merri Creek. The space My house is light, comfortable, full of character and a little bit quirky. Enter through the green front door and you’ll find a cosy lounge room, wall mounted TV and green velvet couch that converts into a comfy sofa bed if needed. The main bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed, lots of wardrobe & drawer space and a remote control sky light that closes itself if it detects rain. The open kitchen/dining area has induction stove top, marble bench tops and Miele appliances, including dishwasher. The bathroom/laundry complete with wall sized mirror and chandelier opens up to a sunny courtyard garden with BBQ and outdoor seating for 7. Guest access I am very happy to meet you at the house and show you around. But contactless access is also available through a key safe if preferred.
