Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment, located on the ninth floor with an elevator. Your private space includes:. * Private terrace: A 70 m² oasis with designer loungers for sunbathing or enjoying the views. * Fully equipped kitchen: Equipped with microwave, refrigerator, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils. * Relaxing bathroom: Shower with chromotherapy, towels, shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer. * Living room: A cozy space with a large sofa and a 55” Smart TV with international channels. * Connectivity: High-speed fibre optic internet with two Wi-Fi networks (standard and 5G) to stay connected at all times. For check-in later than 21:00 there is an extra charge of 40,00€. In case of more than one hour delay from the accorded time there will be an extra charge of 40,00€. This charge will be compatible with the extra charge of check-in later than 21:00. • All check-ins will be done remotely, so a working device with internet access and battery is required. • Check-out time maximum is at 09:30am. BOOKING FORM Once you have booked the apartment you will get your Airbnb's booking form. It is very important to check this document because in it you will find the address of the apartment, our recommendations to go from the airport to our place, and our best confidence taxi driver contact that he can meet you at the arrival gate and pick up you to our place if you wish. TERMS AND CONDITIONS • According to the Spanish law, all guests are required to fill out a registration form before arrival. Access to the apartment cannot be granted until this form is completed. Please make sure to fill out the registration form we provide as soon as possible and before your arrival. No guest will be allowed to enter the apartment without it. • The number of guests must match your reservation. Airbnb doesn’t allow modifications to increase guests for only part of the stay. • Only registered guests may stay in the apartment. TOURISM TAX Since we are a registered and legal tourist apartment in Barcelona, we are required by law to collect the official tourism tax from all guests we host. As per local regulations, this tax must be paid according to the rate in effect at the time of your stay, not at the time of booking. You will be informed of the exact amount in advance and we will make a petition through Airbnb. You only will have to accept the payment. As the two governments do not have options for you to pay directly to them this tax, they force us to collect if from you and pay to them in your name. For this reason we will send you a request of payment of the tourism tax through the resolution center of Airbnb. • COMMUNICATION To ensure clear and transparent communication, all messages will be handled exclusively through the Airbnb messaging system. • BATHTUB Due to ongoing drought-related water restrictions in Barcelona, the bathtub is no longer in use and cannot be filled. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this change is in compliance with local regulations. • Please note, that for your safety, the building is equipped with video surveillance cameras in the public areas: entrance of the building, elevator door and facades (one of the cams of the building facade focuses on a part of the terrace). All of them are properly marked as indicated by law, and with the information where you can exercise your rights to information, access, rectification or cancellation of data, as established in "Ley Orgánica 15/99, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (LOPD)". There is no camera inside the apartment. The formalization of the booking implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of the apartment. Thank you.
