If you are planning on hosting a party, please book your event at another place! Located in Elk Neck, this home is near the Chesapeake Bay, Elk Neck State Park as well as Delaware and Pennsylvania. Plenty of places to park your boat, full size RV or any other toys you may bring with you. Close to water and plenty of hiking locations. This adorable and well built contemporary home is completely remodeled and upgraded throughout. This home is ready for you to sit back, relax and enjoy! Home is set on over 4 acres of land with plenty of open space to enjoy. Full kids play set as well as a sandbox for kids to enjoy. There is also a set space to have a camp fire to roast marshmallows. We have added a park style grill near the fire pit, as well as the necessary cookware for it. The backyard has plenty of room for tents and inflatables if desired they are available locally. Guests have access to whole house (basement area may be available upon request) as well as the 4+ acres of property. Host is available via phone and can be on location at most any time if necessary. Home is set in the middle of four acres, in a quiet area. Is a short distance from downtown Historical North East with many quaint shops and the famous Woodys crab house! Also be sure to stop at the Chesapeake Bay Coffee Company when you are in town! This place located at the top of the bay, near the Elk Neck State Forest, State park, Nature center, Historic Turkey point lighthouse and the white bank beaches are just down the road. Both the Elk River boat launch and rogues harbor boat launch are also nearby, along with horseshoe hill stables and tapeta farm. For the adventurers, Bay venture outfitters in North East has kayak,canoe and paddle board adventures, there is also plenty of trails and fishing opportunities nearby. Confetti clean-up is an extra charge. -There is not a TV in the home. - If There is odor of smoke left in the home, that will be an extra clean-up charge. -If more trash is left than what can fit in the outdoor trash cans, there will be a $5/bag trash service charge. -If an item that belongs to the home is ruined, please let me know, do not make me find it when cleaning. You will be charged for the item/damage. -Do NOT drive in or park in the yard. There is plenty of parking in the driveway.
