GITE 63A.

Gîte 63A is a self contained annex (old barn) at the side of our Grade 2 listed home and shop. The Gîte is accessed by a separate entrance. It’s cosy, quirky and quiet, contemporary furnished with all amenities needed to make your stay relaxing, enjoyable & stress free. Parking is just around the corner in the public car park. The space At the front of the property is our shop, the Gîte entrance door is at the side of the shop window. Through a covered walkway. Our home is behind the shop the Gîte is adjacent to our kitchen/conservatory and garden. The Gîte is divided into 3 small rooms, the first is the living/sleeping area with a double bed. The second is the kitchenette and the third is the Toilet/shower room. Each room is well equipped with amenities provided. There is internet access, and TV. Guests have an outside seating area but are very welcome to chill out in our small garden. It offers a quiet space to relax with lots a seating, but please be aware due to its quirky layout it’s a bit uneven and access is up 3 steep steps. Please contact us if you need any other information. Guest access At the left side of our shop window is a door that is accessed by a 4 digit code key pad. A small covered walkway leads to the Gîte on the left, our home is on the right. This entrance allows guests to come and go at their leisure. The code will be sent a couple of days before you arrive Parking is situated just around the corner in Brownlow Street car park. This is a council run car park so you must buy a ticket. The cost is £3.20 per day from 8am to 6pm. It’s free after 6pm, Sundays and bank holidays. It also has Electric car charging points. MiPermit App can be used to pay remotely, so no need to get out off bed at 8 am to go buy a ticket! Other things to note We are located at the top of the main rd into town, the Gîte is situated in our garden which is secure and quiet. The Gîte is in close proximity to our home therefore we request guests to be respectful to their surroundings. The Gîte is ideally suited for mature adults. Looking for a relaxing break or bolt hole while visiting the surrounding area. Unfortunately we do not cater for children. Guests must be dog lovers. We have a young & bouncy dog called Sidney, he’s a nervous little fellow, he will bark when he sees you but as soon as you say hello he will settle down. We have put a gate up so he can’t go into the Gîte uninvited, usually to find someone to play with or check for hidden treats. 🐾🐾
