When you are here, you may never want to leave. Since I live in a different country, I thought I'd share the beauty of this place. The villa is ideal for those who want a quiet holiday away from the hustle bustle to enjoy the peace and quiet. The rate listed here is per bedroom. Additional cost is charged based on total number of guest or number of bedrooms requested. Each BR is for 2 adults max. We have 3 separate living areas with a total of 5 bedrooms + 5 bathrooms. The space The rooms are all well furnished with best quality wood and very homely comfort. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with complete privacy. The cost stated is per room. There are 2 independent studio flats in the ground floor - ideal for a couple or small family with long term stays. The property has an outdoor Kids play area (Swings and Slides), a swimming pool (Summers), a driver/car for rent. Groceries, Meals etc can be arranged too. Guest access The property is close to ICAR Head office and entrance is along the State Bank of India, ICAR Branch. A driver can be arranged for pick up from the airport as well as all sight seeing plans at market rate etc. The address details can be shared to guest separately if needed. A caretaker is always there to welcome guest. Guest will have private access to their villa and there is no sharing AT ALL with any other guest. Other things to note NOTE 1: REGARDING THE PRICE: The rate here is limited to 2 adults per bedroom. 2 children (under 12 years old) may be considered at owner's discretion. Meals can be pre-ordered at a separate cost. Please ask for rates if needed. The cook can only provide simple and local food (standard menu). Please order at least 8 hours in advance. NOTE 2: Use of the fire place or burning a bonfire or the external dining area or BBQ is at an additional cost of INR 2000 for 2 hours and subject to owner's approval/permission. If approved, staff will help to start the fire and prepare the wood/coal. Guest MUST NOT use the fireplace or bonfire grill without asking the caretaker/host. NOTE 3: REGARDING DRIVERS IN PROPERTY: We do not allow drivers to sleep in the car in the property. Please book a stay because drivers also need rest. A penalty of Rs. 2000 per night per driver will be charged if you violate this policy.
