NEW eat in kitchen and updated 1st floor bathroom Built in the mid 1700's by ship wrights, The Fuller house remained in the family for five generations. It's nestled between Linekin Bay and Mill Pond with water views, large yard, gas grill & outside seating. Pets (2 max)are allowed with a $95 fee. Must indicate when booking along with total guests. The Fuller house retains the character and charm of a 18th century home. A five minute drive to Ocean Point or downtown. NO SMOKING/ NO VAPING! The space There are two separate private rentals on the property. Each has all its own amenities, and each has it’s own outdoor space , barbecue set up , picnic area and lounging area. What makes this property desirable is it can accommodate larger gatherings by reserving both units. If you bring pets you must indicate that time of check-in there is a $95 fee, and a maximum of two pets. You are responsible to pick up after your pet as well. Thank you! Guest access Lovely large yard in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space to set up outdoor games or just sit and read a book in the afternoon. Other things to note Access to the Main House is through the first door of the home you come to. Waterfront seating area is across the lower driveway- Follow the red and white arrows down the end of the yard and across the driveway. There are plenty of seats with Spectacular views of Linekin Bay!
