Each side has its own amenities . The main has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the second floor. A living room, dinning room and kitchen on the first floor. A large yard with fire pit , gas grill and picnic table plus other outdoor seating Each side of the house has it own outdoor seating area with picnic table, gas grill, fire pit and outdoor seats. Large yard for outdoor games! We are around periodically and love to say hi to our guests, but we will give your space! In the mornings you can smell the ocean air and hear the lobsterman as they ready their boats to haul traps. A mostly family neighborhood with neatly maintained yards and beautiful rock gardens. It is a short walk up to East Boothbay General store where you'll find locally roasted coffee, fresh baked muffins and breads, cheeses, wine and cold beer ! Driving your own vehicle is the most direct way to get in town. There is a trolley that leaves from the town hall if you prefer. Also some companies offer bike rentals. Access to the Main House is through the first door of the home you come to. Waterfront access follow the signs.
